- Oversee and carry a diverse case load independently
- Draft necessary legal documents and pleadings
- Facilitate case conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
- Conduct hearings and manage cost-effective resolutions
- Mentor peers to enhance overall legal knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or Juris Doctor in relevant field
- At least seven years’ experience in legal practice
- Five years focused on Accident Benefits and litigation
- Experienced with trial and arbitration processes
- Good standing member of the Law Society of Ontario
