Remote Change Management Consultant Canada

Drive change management success from anywhere in Canada as a Change Management Consultant. This remote role emphasizes expertise in procurement platforms and communication strategy for effective implementation. In this position, you bring over five years of change management experience, focusing on procurement, P2P functions, or similar stakeholders. You will design training content, manage stakeholder assessments, and produce comprehensive communication materials across various business functions. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate global deployments effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Own communications production for all platform releases
- Design training curriculum for Zip, Coupa SIM, and CLM implementations
- Execute stakeholder impact assessments for contract management
- Manage enterprise-wide deployment coordination activities
- Support integrated change management across workflow processes
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of change management experience
- Direct experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement
- Proven ability in content production at an enterprise scale
- Strong executive communication skills and project management
