Responsabilités
- En troite collaboration avec le Directeur - Performance exprience client et partenaires et les conseillers et conseillres en stratgies dexprience client de lquipe, vous contribuerez lintgration de la vision et des orientations stratgiques de lexprience client au sein de lorganisation.
- Plus spcifiquement, vous agissez titre dexpert(e) en analyse de la voix du client et vous dvelopperez des tableaux de bord dans loutil de gestion de lexprience client.
- Analyser la voix des membres et clients, identifier les tendances et les opportunits <|channel|> dmalioration pour Beneva.
- Produire des recommandations et des rapports de donnes et danalyse partir des donnes de sondages et des donnes oprationnelles (Odata).
- Analyser, formuler des recommandations et mettre en uvre des solutions visant optimiser la centricit client au sein de lorganisation.
- Mesurer et analyser les retombes des initiatives <|channel|> dmalioration d'experience client dployes.
- Assurer le respect de la gouvernance de lexprience client en collaborant avec diffrents secteurs de lorganisation en vue doptimiser et harmoniser les pratiques.
- Programmer des tableaux de bords dans loutils de gestion de lexprience client tre une rfrence sur les possibilits quoffre loutils de gestion de lexprience client tre un ambassadeur ou une ambassadrice de la voix des membres et clients.
Qualifications
- Dtenir un diplme universitaire en marketing, en analytique avance/intelligence daffaires, en statistique, en administration des affaires ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Cumuler un minimum de cinq (5) annes dexprience pertinente dans des fonctions similaires.
- Connatre loutil ou un quivalent.
- Posder une connaissance du domaine de lassurance et/ou des services financiers.
- Avoir une matrise avance de la langue franaise tant loral qu lcrit.
- Connaissance du systme (NPS).
