About the Role
As a department manager, you will:
- Perform various management activities within your department
- Define objectives, clearly communicate expectations to your team, and provide feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results
- Ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity, and other operational aspects according to established standards, to ensure business readiness
- Apply and respect the budgets related to the department.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience or strong willingness to learn
- High school diploma or college degree with management experience
- Current department manager seeking to expand, or new high potential leaders
