Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy and scale customer growth within our Auto portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and strategic marketer who brings deep expertise in performance marketing, a strong grasp of consumer intent, and a track record of driving growth at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Manage and optimize significant paid media budgets, including forecasting, pacing, and ROI accountability.
- Drive campaign execution and scaling across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Establish performance targets and continuously optimize against key metrics — CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA.
- Lead advanced testing strategies (creative, audience, bidding, landing pages) to unlock incremental growth.
- Partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve conversion funnels and user experience.
- Oversee marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including retargeting strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to building best practices across the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital advertising, attribution, privacy changes, and marketing technologies — particularly within the automotive and consumer finance space.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles, with increasing levels of ownership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on experience in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and multi‑touch attribution models.
- Robust understanding of CRO principles and experience with landing page testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments (startup or digital‑first company preferred).
- Experience in automotive, insurance, financing, or consumer marketplaces is considered an asset.

Résumé
Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire du marketing de performance pour diriger notre stratégie d’acquisition numérique et accélérer la croissance au sein de notre portefeuille Auto. Ce rôle s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) stratégique et analytique, doté(e) d’une expertise approfondie en marketing de performance et d’une capacité démontrée à générer de la croissance à grande échelle.
Responsabilités
- Diriger la stratégie globale de marketing de performance sur les canaux de recherche payante, médias sociaux, affichage et affiliation.
- Gérer des budgets médias importants, incluant la planification, les prévisions et l’optimisation du retour sur investissement.
- Superviser le déploiement et la montée en puissance des campagnes sur Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube et les plateformes programmatiques.
- Définir et optimiser les indicateurs clés de performance (CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA).
- Piloter des stratégies avancées de tests (créatifs, audiences, enchères, pages d’atterrissage).
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit, analytique et créative pour améliorer les parcours utilisateurs et les taux de conversion.
- Encadrer et accompagner des membres plus juniors de l’équipe.
- Rester à l’affût des tendances du marché, des changements en matière de confidentialité et des nouvelles technologies marketing.
Exigences
- 4 à 8 ans d’expérience en marketing de performance ou de croissance.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de budgets médias importants et la génération de résultats mesurables.
- Expertise approfondie des plateformes Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager et autres outils de performance.
- Solides compétences analytiques (GA4, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets).
- Expérience en suivi des conversions et modèles d’attribution.
- Bonne compréhension de l’optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO).
- Capacité démontrée à diriger des projets et à influencer des parties prenantes.
- Expérience dans les secteurs de l’automobile, de l’assurance, du financement ou des marchés grand public (atout).
