Bilingual Onsite Manager
Arrow Workforce Solutions – Montreal, QC
Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Manager to support operations at one of our key client locations in Montreal. This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence.
Location: Montreal-Nord, QC
Salary: $55,000 - $56,000 per year
Schedule
- 12‑hour shifts (PM availability required)
- Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per week
- Candidates must be versatile and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance records
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teams
- Communicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholders
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activities
- Drive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are met
- Anticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutions
- Provide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns, and operational requirements
- Support employees and client representatives with professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Maintain ongoing oversight of site operations and respond promptly to urgent issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and verbal)
- Minimum supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, staffing, or similar environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Must have reliable transportation
- Comfortable working extended shifts and responding quickly to operational emergencies when required
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and client representatives
