- Set and monitor key performance targets continually
- Guide junior team members and promote best practices
- 4-8 years in growth or performance marketing
- Proven success with large paid media budgets
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical experience with GA4 or Excel
- Knowledge in CRO and attribution models preferred
