Job Description
À titre de Conseiller(-ère) en assurance individuelle et services financiers, vous serez au cœur de la planification stratégique, en représentant la ligne d’affaires dans des projets d’envergure liés à l'évolution numérique des nos produits et services. Vous agirez comme expert‑conseil dans l’analyse de dossiers complexes, tout en assurant une coordination rigoureuse du suivi des projets. Vous serez également responsable d’encadrer et de soutenir l’exécution des initiatives stratégiques, en assurant une interface efficace entre les équipes opérationnelles et les chargés de projets. Votre capacité à vulgariser les enjeux et à favoriser une compréhension mutuelle sera essentielle au succès des projets.
Responsibilities
- Agir à titre d’expert-conseil dans le cadre de projets, de mandats et d’activités de la planification stratégique, reliés à son domaine d’expertise et dont l’envergure et l’impact sont majeurs.
- Assurer la communication et l’échange d’informations entre la Vice-Présidence - Assurance individuelle et services financiers, les projets stratégiques et les opérations.
- Participer à différentes analyses permettant de documenter les solutions proposées, telles que les études de coûts‑bénéfices, aux analyses d’affaires, aux analyses d'impacts organisationnels, aux nouveaux processus et/ou nouvelles méthodologies de travail avec les divers centres d’expertises.
- Coordonner et produire les redditions de comptes en lien avec les activités de la Vice-Présidence - Assurance individuelle et services financiers.
- Collaborer à l’identification des tendances, des défis et des risques, et proposer des correctifs et améliorations.
- Accompagner les équipes dans l’implantation des processus révisés jusqu’à leur stabilisation.
- Représenter la Vice-Présidence - Assurance individuelle et services financiers et ses équipes lors de réunions et de comités.
- Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes ou situations complexes pouvant survenir à l’intérieur de ses mandats.
- Identifier et suggérer les unités de mesure des bénéfices des différentes initiatives et participer à la mise en place des mécanismes de suivi de réalisation des bénéfices.
- Conseiller et accompagner les gestionnaires de la Vice-présidence exécutive dans le positionnement, la planification, le développement, la réalisation et les suivis relatifs aux divers mandats stratégiques de la VP et de la VPE.
- Agir à titre de personne‑ressource de la Vice-présidence concernée dans divers projets.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent au poste.
- Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en assurance individuelle, services financiers et/ou gestion de projets.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.
- Expérience dans des projets reliés à la transformation numérique.
- Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
