Elevate customer interactions as a Team Lead at Kotn, focusing on exceptional service and operational excellence in our Toronto store. Drive innovative merchandising and customer experiences every day. Kotn is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to enhance customer engagements and oversee operations in a retail environment. You will support the Market Manager and Community Lead, manage cash operations, and help coordinate events. Your leadership will improve inventory management and visual merchandising to align with Kotn’s brand vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and alter experiences
- Collaborate with Market Manager on store operations and events
- Manage cash operations to finalize in-store experiences
- Lead inventory management and streamline stock processes
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- 1-2 years in leadership at a retail setting
- Proven expertise in operations and merchandising
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Adaptable to changing environments and processes
- Strong communication skills to address team needs
