- Oversee the CS Platforms team and lead projects
- Manage the Salesforce Service Cloud and CS technology stack
- Create AI-driven customer solutions using Claude
- Develop relationships with AI support vendors
- Collaborate on roadmap development with various stakeholders
- 5+ years expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience with Git and pull-request workflows
- Strong background in AI development tools
- Familiarity with SaaS vendor management
