Senior UX Designer - Enhance Customer Journeys

Utilizing systems thinking, you’ll craft innovative solutions across multiple platforms. Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams will be vital for ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with teams to envision exciting new product features
  • Utilize systems thinking in your cross-platform design work
  • Detail design rationale clearly to stakeholders
  • Plan UX studies in cooperation with research teams
  • Lead initiatives to advance product streams
Requirements:
  • 5 to 8+ years of UX or Product Design experience
  • Strong portfolio evidencing robust product design thinking
  • BS/BA in Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
