- Manage a portfolio of 10–20 key accounts
- Support users through onboarding and implementation
- Create strong business partnerships for enduring relationships
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback for product improvements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS or consulting
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and project management experience
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with executives
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture
