Enterprise Ai & Automation Product Manager Vancouver

Shape the future of AI initiatives at Marqeta as a Lead Product Manager. Collaborate on developing enterprise-level AI strategies and tools focused on delivering significant value to the organization. This is a hands-on Lead Product Manager role focused on AI and automation at Marqeta, where you will define essential governance frameworks and evaluate tools that drive employee productivity.
Work closely with business unit leaders and IT teams to prioritize initiatives that align with corporate goals, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop the enterprise AI strategy and adoption roadmap
- Lead the feasibility assessments for AI projects
- Manage QA processes to validate AI implementations
- Drive vendor evaluations and negotiations for AI tools
- Implement change management practices for successful adoption
Requirements
- 7+ years in IT product management, emphasizing AI
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms
- Robust analytical skills for prioritizing AI projects
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in a regulated fintech workplace preferred
