Lululemon seeks a Market Product Experience Testing Manager who excels in developing wear testing strategies and improving product integrity. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing test requests, and establishing policies for on-body testing. The Manager will mentor team members while delivering strategic insights to influence product storytelling and development across all markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive wear testing strategies for various markets
- Manage intake requests and prioritize testing needs
- Escalate product integrity deviations promptly
- Define global testing procedures and ensure compliance
- Analyze results to drive actionable product recommendations
- Bachelor’s with 1+ years or Associate’s with 2+ years experience
- Minimum 8 years in product testing, ideally in apparel
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience mentoring and leading teams
