As part of the FP&A team, you will collaborate with budget holders to set and analyze budgets, enhancing our financial performance. With over six years of experience, your focus will include forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying cost efficiencies. This role is key for anyone looking to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, especially with tools like Power BI and Oracle EPM. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with budget holders for Mexico P&L analysis
• Improve SG&A forecasting processes with new tools
• Support new business initiatives with financial insights
• Liaise with procurement to optimize costs
• Engage in scenario planning and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• 6+ years of finance and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or similar
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Expert in Excel; knowledge of Oracle EPM as asset
• Strong communication skills in Spanish are a plus
