Remote Clinical Nurse Consultant - WIN

Join WIN as a Remote Clinical Nurse Consultant specializing in women's health. Deliver virtual coaching and advisory services to support global family-building initiatives with a flexible schedule. WIN is in search of an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with expertise in women's health areas such as fertility and maternity. You will provide evidence-based education and coaching while navigating international healthcare programs. This contract role allows for independent work and requires strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual coaching focused on family well-being
- Deliver evidence-based education for various healthcare contexts
- Assist patients in navigating global family-building benefits
- Maintain standby availability for scheduled sessions
- Contribute to design enhancement of international programs
- Current RN in good standing with a Canadian body
- Minimum five years in women’s health, preferably fertility
- Fluent in English and French Canadian
- Experience in virtual education and coaching
- Strong communication and analytical skills
