Focus on relationship building, coaching, and retaining talent while working closely with Central Delivery teams to maintain a diverse pipeline. This position offers a great blend of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with candidates for retention and wellbeing
- Network extensively to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Identify solutions to meet client hiring needs
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates
Requirements
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2‑3 years in service‑oriented roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Adaptability to changing business needs
