Anti-Money Laundering Officer (Winnipeg)

Senior KYC Officer – Montreal, QC (Hybrid). 8+ month contract, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC reviews for current and existing clients
- Perform SDD, CDD, and EDD assessments
- Analyze complex corporate ownership structures
- Complete sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
- Assess client risk and prepare detailed KYC review memorandums
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies
- Partner with Compliance, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- 3+ years of AML/KYC experience
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations, sanctions, and financial crime compliance
- Experience reviewing corporate entities and ownership structures
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CAMS certification is a plus
Preferred experience with World-Check, Orbis, Power BI, and other KYC screening tools.
