Procurement Enablement Consultant (Winnipeg)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Procurement Enablement Consultant to support and optimise Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes using tools like Coupa. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys improving systems, supporting users, and driving efficient, compliant purchasing operations.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations of procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip)
- Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and resolve system issues
- Assist with supplier and catalogue enablement to improve adoption
- Troubleshoot process and platform issues and recommend improvements
- Support testing, system changes, and documentation updates
- Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Tech, and business teams
- Track metrics and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle user administration tasks and stakeholder‑facing support, including onboarding new suppliers and addressing enablement workflows (e.g., stuck POs, stuck contracts)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of procurement or Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) experience
- Experience with procurement platforms (Coupa preferred)
- Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle (requisition → invoice)
- Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Banking or regulated‑environment experience
- Excel/data analysis skills
- Exposure to tools like Ariba, Ivalua, or similar
Note: This is not a Sourcing role; the team sits under Procurement Operations and will likely be assigned to one of the two areas: user administration or stakeholder‑facing support.
