EPI-USE Canada is urgently hiring for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to enhance their HR solutions. Your primary duties will include configuring and supporting SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Performance & Goal Management. You will also be essential in troubleshooting issues and providing training to users for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SuccessFactors modules and integrations
- Deliver training and create documentation for end-users
- Analyze business processes and develop system recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR functionalities
- Resolve module-related issues to maintain system stability
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, ONB 2.0, and Recruiting
- Proven consultant experience focusing on HR systems
- Hands‑on knowledge of LMS and PMGM
- Ability to analyze and design workflows effectively
- Robust communication and stakeholder skills
