Key Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate insolvency services to identify business challenges
• Analyze data and review accounting records for financial models
• Administer formal insolvency appointments, such as bankruptcies
• Build relationships with financiers, lawyers, and executives
• Prepare and review statutory documentation for relevant acts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• CPA designation is preferred
• Willingness to earn CIRP designation
• Insolvency or related qualified services experience
• Knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
