Syntra Refining Corp., a pioneer in critical mineral technology, is hiring a Senior Chemical Process Engineer. In this critical role, you will lead the scale-up of our proprietary SynCore technology, collaborating with chemists and engineers to ensure safe, compliant operations. Your experience will elevate our operations from pilot testing to commercial viability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transition from pilot to continuous commercial operations
- Ensure seamless collaboration across engineering disciplines
- Help design systems with external partners
- Draft standard operating and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot physical scaling and fluid dynamics issues
- Preference for registered P.Eng engineers
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant industrial experience
- Proven experience in TRL process advancements
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
