Elevate customer experiences as a Team Lead with Activate in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Provide leadership, guide Game Facilitators, and ensure operational excellence in a fun environment. As a Team Lead, you oversee operations and coach your team to ensure exceptional service at Activate. This full-time, permanent role requires you to troubleshoot issues, manage customer relations, and lead with a problem-solving mindset. With a focus on training new employees, you will facilitate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails to accommodate customer needs
- Train and coach team members for enhanced performance
- Resolve complaints and elevate issues to the Store Leader
- Maintain facility standards and communicate effectively
- Manage inventory and maintenance tasks efficiently
- 1–2 years in a similar role preferred
- Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Experience in overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset
