Elevate customer experiences as a Team Lead with Activate in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Provide leadership, guide Game Facilitators, and ensure operational excellence in a fun environment. As a Team Lead, you oversee operations and coach your team to ensure exceptional service at Activate. This full-time, permanent role requires you to troubleshoot issues, manage customer relations, and lead with a problem-solving mindset. With a focus on training new employees, you will facilitate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and emails to accommodate customer needs
  • Train and coach team members for enhanced performance
  • Resolve complaints and elevate issues to the Store Leader
  • Maintain facility standards and communicate effectively
  • Manage inventory and maintenance tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years in a similar role preferred
  • Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Experience in overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset
