Quality Assurance Engineer Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will oversee all quality-related activities within your portfolio, including managing Non-Conformance Reports and facilitating critical customer interactions. Your expertise in quality systems will guide successful project outcomes and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assurance processes across varied projects
- Deliver timely and accurate Non-Conformance Reports
- Oversee quality metrics and project compliance
- Act as the Quality signatory for Production Readiness
- Provide training on quality awareness and standards
- Diploma or graduate degree with substantial experience
- At least 5 years experience in manufacturing quality
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical blueprints
- Must obtain NATO Secret security clearance
