Principal Engineer - Building Science

Le Consultant Principal est impliqué dans la gestion de projets complexes tout en assurant la satisfaction client. Avec un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience et une formation en ingénierie, vous serez responsable de la supervision d’équipes, de l’élaboration de concepts de projets innovants, et de la contribution aux efforts de développement commercial. Un excellent niveau de communication en français et en anglais est essentiel pour exceller dans ce rôle. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel junior et gère la production de projets
- Assure la liaison avec clients, entrepreneurs et autres disciplines
- Prépare et suit les propositions de projets et devis
- Effectue des diagnostics de problèmes de construction
- Collecte des données pour des études de dépenses en capital
- Degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
- At least 10 years of building engineering experience
- Valid professional engineer designation
- Experience in a consulting engineering firm
- Excellent bilingual communication skills
