Recruitment Coordinator - Hybrid Role

Join us as a Recruitment Coordinator in a hybrid capacity!Support the onboarding process for Owner Operators and Broker Drivers while ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way. This role involves guiding new hires and managing administrative tasks like sending packets and organizing testing. Your proactive approach will foster collaboration with teams to ensure smooth transitions, tracking progress meticulously in our ATS platform along the way. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding processes for drivers in your area
- Dispatch new hire packets and coordinate testing efforts
- Ensure candidates face a seamless onboarding journey
- Liaise with teams for compliance and efficient handoffs
- Keep track of onboarding statuses through ATS
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or onboarding
- Tech-savvy, with ATS capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Detail-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English/French preferred
