Become a vital part of Zgemi Inc. as an Experienced Project Coordinator managing diverse construction projects. Your role will encompass document control, scheduling, and logistics. Zgemi Inc. seeks two qualified Project Coordinators for full-time roles in our dynamic construction environment. This position entails a focus on project administration from pre-construction to final closeout. You will support project teams through effective coordination and communication, helping to ensure quality and schedule adherence across multiple site locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project documentation for compliance
• Organize and monitor schedules and site reports
• Issue change orders and manage procurement processes
• Prepare and present project reports as required
• Conduct site visits and gather project closeout materials

Requirements:

• Educational background in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar project coordination role
• Expertise in reading and analyzing construction documents
• Excellent organizational skills with technology proficiency
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable transportation
