All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a diverse team supporting the technology landscape established to manufacture the River-Class Destroyers as part of the National Shipbuilding Strategy
• Lead the delivery of IT initiatives through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Management of all IT project requirements and artifacts, such as scope, schedule, cost, resourcing, risk, change and quality management
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables, leveraging Microsoft Azure DevOps for full artifact traceability
• Manage communications at all levels of the organization and across various industry partners engaged on the River-Class Destroyer Program
• Proactively engage in coaching of team members and foster innovative and creative thinking

Qualifications

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progression
• Strong people and process, leadership, and management skills
• Able to problem solve and provide solutions with the right sense of urgency
• An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
• An influential decision maker with sound judgment and analytical support
