Cybersecurity Manager at WCB

Lead cybersecurity operations as a Cybersecurity Manager at WCB, mentoring a team of security professionals to enhance organizational safety. Drive initiatives that strengthen response strategies and improve detection capabilities. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily security activities, manage third-party monitoring services, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your focus will be on mentoring talent, driving innovation within technology projects, and translating risks into actionable insights for the leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor cybersecurity team members for skill growth
• Oversee day-to-day security operations and incident response
• Partner with vendors and experts on emerging threats
• Drive innovative initiatives to enhance security practice
• Analyze trends and build organizational resilience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations
• 3 years in a leadership capacity
• CISSP or CISM designation required
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, AWS, and cloud security concepts Make a significant impact by leading WCB's cybersecurity strategy and team growth.
