Consulting Manager for Dynamics 365

Lead transformative projects as a Consulting Manager for D365 Business Central. Help clients enhance their finance and operations through innovative solutions in a remote work model. As a part of our leadership team, you will manage D365 Business Central implementations, guiding clients through critical phases. This role emphasizes mentoring and developing consultants while assuring high standards in project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct D365 Business Central implementations from discovery to support
- Act as the liaison for finance and operational workflows
- Optimize client business requirements into effective solutions
- Oversee project management including scope and resource allocation
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients for service expansion
- 8+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Business Central
- Experience leading functional consulting projects
- Deep understanding of finance and sales operations
- Proven success in mentoring and team development
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or IT
