Assistant Manager in Pet Care Retail

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards
- Direct team recruitment, training, and daily tasks
- Uphold corporate policies and operational procedures
- Coordinate store inventory and complete audits
- Drive business results with teamwork
- At least 2 years of management experience in retail
- Strong sense of customer service
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts
- Must have reliable transport
- Ability to repetitively lift 50lbs
