Program Analyst: Reporting and Analysis Focus

Step into a Program Analyst role in Dartmouth, NS, focusing on reporting and analysis for the COVE Program team. This hybrid position combines business analysis with decision support to enhance program performance visibility. As a Program Analyst, you will draw upon your 3-5 years of experience to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and senior leadership. You will develop reports, dashboards, and governance materials while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with program objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide program coordination and business analysis efforts
- Design and produce decision-support reports and dashboards
- Track program budgets, risks, and performance metrics
- Translate multifaceted data into executive-level documents
- Ensure accurate documentation and sensitive information management
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in program analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of collaboration in complex environments
- Must be eligible for security clearance from the Government of Canada
