Become a crucial part of MetOcean Telematics as a Production Test Engineer in Dartmouth, NS. Drive quality and performance through automation and process innovation in production testing. This full-time role reports to the Lead Manufacturing Technician, focusing on the development of production test solutions for a diverse product line. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all products are tested for quality, reliability, and efficiency in manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize the production test platform
- Design semi-automated test solutions
- Test and validate electronic components using tracking software
- Work with teams to boost throughput and test coverage
- Monitor performance indicators and yield metrics
- Electrical or Computer Engineering degree
- Over 5 years of applicable experience
- Proficient in Windows-based software development
- Experience in SQL databases and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of RF testing and statistical process control
