Vancouver Facilities Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and service delivery
- Manage budgets, tracking finances and procurement
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Develop strategies for effective communication with stakeholders
- Identify and support staff training and development needs
- Post-secondary education in Facility Management
- 5-8 years in facilities management field
- At least five years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
