Position Overview: We are seeking an experience

Service Desk Analyst for an onsite 3 month contract in Calgary, AB.

We are seeking candidates with:

• Strong Service Desk and Deskside Support experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting end users in a professional corporate environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common workplace technologies
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of client service
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
