Front Desk Representative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at our front desk. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting, showcasing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage phone systems effectively, answering calls promptly and directing inquiries as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and information.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar to optimize patient flow.
• Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning documents, and handling correspondence.
• Provide customer support by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and data entry.
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
