Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective donor engagement strategies
Foster long‑term partnerships with community and corporate leaders
Represent the Foundation at events and public engagements
Lead the philanthropy team to maximize operational effectiveness
Ensure revenue growth aligns with service expansion goals
Requirements Track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns
Extensive experience in major gifts and corporate partnerships
Robust communication skills, including bilingual capabilities
Proven leadership role within the charitable sector
Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy
