Capitale européenne, bassin d’emplois solide, proximité immédiate avec l’Allemagne, forte attractivité étudiante et institutionnelle.
Centre historique recherché, quartiers résidentiels prisés comme l’Orangerie ou la Robertsau, maisons familiales en périphérie, investissements locatifs portés par la demande étudiante et internationale : le marché est actif et structuré.
Dans ce contexte, défendre exclusivement l’intérêt de l’acheteur devient un positionnement différenciant.

Créé en 2012, le réseau compte aujourd’hui :
• plus de 200 chasseurs en France
• plus de 10 000 clients déjà accompagnés
• une implantation à Strasbourg depuis 2024
Nous recrutons 2 chasseurs immobiliers pour accélérer notre développement sur Strasbourg et sur une zone d’intervention pouvant aller jusqu’à Colmar.
Votre mission
• développement de votre réseau local
• signature de mandats de recherche
• prospection active de biens (marché + off market)
• organisation des visites
• négociation dans l’intérêt exclusif de vos clients
• accompagnement jusqu’à la signature
Vous exercez en autonomie, avec un cadre structuré, une formation complète et des outils digitaux performants.

Rémunération : commissions sur honoraires
Revenus généralement compris entre 60 000 € et 80 000 €, potentiel supérieur selon performance.

• professionnel de l’immobilier souhaitant évoluer côté acquéreur
• ou commercial confirmé orienté conseil
• connaissance du marché strasbourgeois
• organisation, exigence et ambition
