Become a Customer Solutions Expert at Wolseley Canada, where your focus will be on sales support and customer relationship management. This inside sales role is pivotal in connecting customers with essential plumbing and HVAC products. You will be responsible for managing order entry and communication with both internal teams and clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets is crucial in this role. Evening and weekend availability is necessary for variable shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the sales order process
- Provide accurate inventory and pricing to clients
- Develop relationships with existing and new customers
- Assist outside sales teams with quotations
- Meet and exceed established sales goals
- Proven experience in customer service with high volume
- Background in HVAC or Plumbing inside sales preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
- Educational background in Business Administration is a plus
- French and English fluency is advantageous
