Compliance Manager for Knight Canada

Take the lead in compliance management at Knight’s Canadian organization. This role emphasizes oversight, advisory functions, and operational governance to meet compliance standards effectively. As the Compliance Manager, you will combine advisory and operational governance to ensure the compliance program's effective implementation and improvement. With over five years of experience required, you will act as the primary Compliance lead for various internal teams. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting audit readiness, risk prevention, and operational excellence across compliance processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance for Canada, collaborating with internal teams
- Advise on compliance policies, Codes of Conduct, and regulations
- Oversee approval processes for promotional materials and third-party engagements
- Drive compliance training programs and monitor effectiveness
- Analyze trends and root causes from compliance monitoring
- 5+ years in compliance or audit within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills
- Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple time zones and cultures
- Proven experience enhancing compliance processes
