ISO Compliance Engineer at Semtech

This role may evolve to full-time based on performance. Your expertise in quality improvement and collaboration will be essential for the success of Semtech's QMS initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute global internal audits to ISO standards
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management
- Resolve audit findings and drive CAPA processes
- Engage in continual improvement within the QMS
- Collaborate across departments to meet quality goals
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-year diploma in engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality roles
- Certified Lead Auditor for relevant ISO standards
- Proficient in 8D, FMEA, RCA methodologies
- Strong communication skills at all levels
