In-Person EAP Counselor at ComPsych

Deliver high-quality counseling as an EAP Provider with ComPsych, specializing in in-person services. Support employees and their families faced with life challenges through effective solution-focused strategies. ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians for their Employee Assistance Program Provider Network. In this role, you'll conduct face-to-face sessions, helping clients cope with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. Your expertise in clinical evaluations and counseling will support individuals in navigating personal and professional challenges through effective interventions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person solutions-focused counseling to employees
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients through life and work challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with ComPsych for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-masters
• Highest-level professional accreditation required
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
• Submit current resume or CV
