Store Manager

What you’ll do

• Customer Service – Provides leadership to the team, consistently coaches, and follows up to ensure delivery of the service model standards. Enforces delivery of operating model customer service standards. Provides an exceptional omni‑channel experience by offering in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels. Supports customer acquisition through promotion of loyalty and credit card programs.
• Operations – Demonstrates and follows up on execution of visual compliance, store maintenance, and pricing standards. Establishes plans and follows up on weekly price changes, promotional set‑ups, and department POP per workbook to achieve 100% system pricing. Delivers annual corporate shrink targets through education and enforcement of LP and audit standards and inventory control. Oversees preparation for annual inventories and ensures compliance of all corporate LP, Cash, Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures. Creates and monitors efficient store weekly scheduling for sales and support functions.
• Training – Provides continuous feedback and coaching to management and team members via metrics such as Shift Starters, one‑on‑ones, and performance coaching programs. Creates development plans, conducts annual appraisals, and supports coaching to close performance gaps. Ensures execution of the customer experience and resolves all customer concerns. Leads recruiting, hiring strategy, maintains a complete team, and creates succession plans through continuous training and development.
• Leadership – Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting brands and culture. Motivates team through recognition programs, contests, and customer compliments. Maintains performance management expectations, including progressive discipline, and promotes a safe, inclusive, and empowering work environment.

What you bring

• A proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department and store teams, setting expectations, communicating, providing feedback, and offering ongoing support.
• A proven ability to build and manage daily and weekly plans for departments and stores.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Superior training and mentoring skills.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
• Basic computer skills.

• Typical hiring range: $44,000 – $55,000, with salary decisions based on experience, store size, market location, benchmarks, internal equity and role‑specific requirements.
