Air Management Systems Buyer in Mirabel

Join Airbus as an Equipment & Systems Buyer for Air Management Systems based in Mirabel, Québec. Collaborate internationally with the Hamburg team for optimal supplier performance and cost strategies. This position focuses on managing procurement processes for Air Management Systems within the A220 program. Candidates should have procurement experience and strong technical or business backgrounds, as well as expertise in stakeholder management. You will develop sourcing strategies, administer contracts, and ensure compliance, alongside handling negotiations and supplier management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement portfolio and processes for AMS
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and supply chain teams
- Develop sourcing strategies for cost reduction
- Administer contracts and monitor performance
- Report to both local and international leaders
- Experience in procurement or aviation
- Knowledge of stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation skills in English
- Willingness to travel in the US and Europe
- Commercial and contractual expertise
