- Translate business strategy into a structured investment portfolio
- Optimize capital allocation using prioritization criteria

- Prepare decision packages for executive reviews
- Monitor portfolio performance and benefit realization
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business
- 10 years of experience in project management
- Expertise in CAPEX planning and financial analysis
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficiency in tools like GCMS and Excel
