They are currently seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join and grow their Lens Division across Alberta.

Responsibilities
Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to meet or exceed targeted sales quotas across Alberta.

Consultative Sales: Promote and sell optical lenses and specialized lab services to existing and prospective Eye Care Professionals.

Relationship Building: Conduct regular in-office visits, touch calls, and virtual meetings to build enduring client partnerships and gain product commitment.

Clinical Education: Deliver hands-on product training and education to ECPs and their clinic staff. Account Analysis: Monitor account performance to support clients with product fitting, workflow optimization, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Customer Care, Optical Lab, and Frame Division teams to deliver service excellence.

Events & Administration: Execute marketing programs, participate in trade shows, maintain accurate CRM records, and complete sales reports on time.

Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience within the optical, eye care, or medical device industry preferred.

Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the optical industry; a Dispensing Optician License is considered a strong asset.

Track Record: Demonstrated B2B sales success, including new business development and consistent quota attainment.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), mobile sales tools (iPad/laptop), and CRM territory management software.

Travel & Driving: Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively by car across Alberta (including overnight and occasional weekend travel).

Languages: Fluency in French is a plus.
