Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical sales, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting product demos, and leveraging knowledge of computer networking and cloud services such as AWS and Azure to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of solutions for clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
- Cold Call Perspective Clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and networking.
- Assist in pre-sales activities by preparing presentations, proposals, and project management documentation as needed.
- Conduct Software Demonstrations
- Assist in Data mining Efforts
- Assist in Onboardings of new clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
