To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience and hold a valid OMVIC registration.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase experience — from vehicle selection and test drives to negotiations, financing, and delivery. You’ll build lasting relationships, follow up with your clients, and turn opportunities into sales.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year- potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale. 
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. 
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required. 

What We're Looking For

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred - but not required.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
