The Outside Sales Representative's goal is to saturate our district and grow our customer base by providing top -quality service to our customers. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Our client's products include Reverse Osmosis filtration, Iron filters, Water Softeners, and Whole Home filtration systems. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The Sales Representatives will be selling an high -end, household, commercial and industrial water treatment systems to our new clients in the GTA region. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

• Customer management <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ownership over the lifecycle and account management of our customer accounts. Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Perform sale calls to new inbound customers with 1 hour of receiving the inbound call and 7 days after installs. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Work with clients to determine the best solutions for the customer needs. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Job task planning and organizing to maintain your own appointment schedule. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Perform in -home Demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Perform water analysis, and system design solutions (with ongoing training). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Arranging payments from customers. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching and self -development. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs and maintenance. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Qualifications: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • High school diploma or GED <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Must be a self -starter with a drive for results!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Mathematically inclined is an asset <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prior CRM software experience is preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal is a must <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license class 5 with a clean driver’s abstract <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong customer service and problem -solving skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
