We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the Mississauga, ON area. You MUST have Employment Agency Sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in various markets. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales in the employment agency field.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Provide ongoing customer service and support to foster long-term relationships.
2 years experience in sales in the employment agency/staffing sector
- Work is 75% on the road, 25% in the office
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
